This long term project with the DVLA was completed in partnership with Bluesky Performance Improvement.

Working as Project Manager and as one of the Lead Deliverers on a high level Management Development programme across the Contact Centre population.  Gary has been responsible for managing this complex programme whilst maintaining the client’s high expectations and necessity to be flexible. Very high levels of Client advocacy resulting from a partnership approach and strong results for the Contact Centre have been very welcome outcomes of this 5 year project, which also resulted in a National Training Award, a status of Best Contact Centre in the Public Sector and an ROI of 200%
