OUTDOOR BASED PROGRAMMES - LOGISTICS EQUIPMENT/SAFETY/HEALTH We provide excellent specialist equipment for our programmes and ensure that it is regularly inspected and maintained to the highest standard of safety. We also believe in providing good quality clothing to course members and provide everyone attending with personal equipment and clothing that we believe to be second to none. Our tutors and instructors are fully qualified and conversant for both the Activities they deliver along with Health & Safety and First Aid Techniques relevant to the Outdoors. INSURANCE/LICENSE We are fully insured for all eventualities during programmes including transportation of participants. In fact, course members can sometimes be covered on three counts. By their own insurance, by our insurance and by the insurance of the facility in use. STAFF Our Tutors and Instructors are responsible for all aspects of each programme and will set up exercises, brief participants, supervise the activities and exercises and then evaluate and lead review sessions accordingly. Each programme is led by our own Programme Director, and other Instructors and Tutors are brought in for the duration of the course depending on the type of programme and its requirements. Typically for a programme with 10 to 18 course members, we would have 4 Instructors / Tutors present.
