SERVICES Hawk Associates provides the following services: Facilitation Provision The provision of a Facilitator to assist with Management Team decision making and development events is a key service supporting the development programmes that we provide. We are regularly asked to provide ongoing Facilitation support for Managers and Organisational Teams. This assists them to make significant progress quickly and to enable them to learn how to manage their own meetings effectively. Management Team Development This area of support for organisations is a foundation to the growth and ongoing success of many of our clients. We work closely with senior teams from businesses of all sizes, enabling them to develop as a Team and  providing a focus for decision making and organisational planning. By enhancing the ability of a management team to work together, whilst at the same time working on improvement actions, we support and strengthen both the Teams and the organisations.  Strategic Planning A further step that we are often asked to take in addition to or parallel to management team development is that of Strategic Planning. We provide clear guidance for management teams in the methods and content of an effective strategic plan and work closely with managers and management teams to develop effective plans and successful implementation actions. Organisational Change The programmes and services that we provide often focus on individuals, specific teams or area teams. There are times however, when companies want to work on a broader scale and effect changes throughout their organisations in terms of the way people work and the way they work together. We have provided a number of company-wide organisational change programmes, some of which remain as ongoing projects. We have the expertise to plan and implement such projects, working very closely with our clients to ensure that they are comfortable with the process at all stages and to ensure that the decisions taken will result in sustainable results. We are proud of the results that we have attained in this difficult and sensitive area of Organisational support. Business Consultancy We help companies and organisations who recognise the need for change or are aware of specific problems, but are unable to solve the problems internally.  We provide experienced Tutors and Consultants who work with our clients to help them identify the areas for improvement and to suggest solutions that can either be handled internally or with help from ourselves. It is important to the success of our Team and Personal Programmes that we can offer Training and Consultancy to support these Programmes. In terms of Consultancy, we would work closely with you in setting up the right programmes to meet your needs, and also provide the appropriate recommendations in how to support trained individuals and Teams. Changes in the workplace and support structures are as important as changes in the ways teams and individuals work. Many of our Projects have involved complex company-wide Programmes of change to introduce teams effectively and we have provided guidance in all aspects of these projects. Additionally, we provide training that supports and compliments our programmes. These can be delivered to suit your requirements.
