Principality Building Society returned to Hawk Associates yet again for a residential team development event.  The team has grown in recent months and wanted an opportunity to spend some time together in a new environment whilst they learned some skills that would help them work more effectively as a team.

The programme consisted of the team undertaking the Strength Deployment Inventory as well as receiving some training in a number of team development models that would help them as they grow.  In addition to the theory the team then completed a multiple day exercise whilst considering it’s impact on how they dealt with others.  This type of team programme allows significantly accelerated learning as the use of a blended learning environment targets all learning styles.
