We ran a team development day for the Swansea University School of Management. The day was requested as there have been several key changes within the University in recent months and the staff wanted an opportunity to get together and discuss the future in an enjoyable atmosphere away from the normal working environment.

The team day involved a series of problem solving tasks designed to challenge and build the team, combined with several facilitated sessions working on a shared vision of the future direction and culture of the School.

A great day was had with huge progress made towards the future combined with a closer knit team who had ample opportunity to learn more about each other.

We’re looking forwards to working again with this fantastic team in a few weeks time to build on the learning and take the development to the next level.
